Refund Policy
Short version: Buy now, start any time within 6 months. Your 90 days of access begin when you first open the simulator. Full refund within 7 days of starting, no questions asked, as long as you've used under 20% of the item bank.
1. How access and the 90 days work
You can buy now and start any time within 6 months of purchase. Your 90 days of full access begin the day you first open the simulator (your activation), not the day you pay. If you don't activate within 6 months, the unused access lapses.
2. 7-day no-questions-asked refund
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of activation if you have consumed less than 20% of the item bank. In practical terms: fewer than 20% of the items in your bank viewed (the exact threshold depends on your track: PCC/MCC has 500 items, ACC has 180).
If you bought but have not started yet, you haven't used anything, so your EU 14-day cooling-off right still applies (see §4), and either way you can email us and we'll sort it out.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@boristhecoach.com with:
- the email address used for purchase;
- your Lemon Squeezy order number;
- an optional one-line reason.
We usually confirm within one business day.
4. EU 14-day cooling-off period and digital-content waiver
EU consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. Because this is immediate digital content, that right is waived when you activate, the first time you open the simulator. Until you activate, the 14-day right still stands.
Waiver statement: By opening the simulator for the first time (activating your access), you agree to receive digital content immediately and you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).
5. When a refund is not available
- more than 7 days have passed since you activated;
- you consumed 20% or more of the item bank;
- access was terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (for example sharing or copying content).
6. Your statutory rights are unaffected
None of the above limits any non-waivable consumer right you may have if the product is genuinely faulty or not as described.
7. Merchant of Record
Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record and processes refunds back to your original payment method.
8. ICF trademark and product status
"ICF" and "ICF Credentialing Exam" are used descriptively only. This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by the International Coaching Federation.
9. Copyright reminder
All bank items are original work by Boris Prigmore and are watermarked per user. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
