1. Who we are
ICF Credentialing Exam Practice Simulator (the "Service") is operated by Boris Prigmore Ventures. Contact: support@boristhecoach.com. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, including payment processing and tax handling.
2. What you are buying
You are buying one-time digital access to the Service for EUR 149. You can start any time within 6 months of purchase, and your access then runs for 90 days from activation, the first time you open the simulator. Unused access lapses 6 months after purchase. This is a digital product, not a subscription.
3. Refund policy
Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy. Summary: full refund within 7 days of activation, no questions asked, if you have used under 20% of the item bank. Requests go to support@boristhecoach.com. Your non-waivable statutory rights are unaffected.
4. EU right of withdrawal and digital-content waiver
EU consumers normally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. For immediate access to this digital product, that right is waived when you activate. Until you activate, the 14-day right still stands.
Waiver statement: By opening the simulator for the first time (activating your access), you agree to receive digital content immediately and you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).
5. ICF trademark disclaimer
"ICF" and "ICF Credentialing Exam" are trademarks of the International Coaching Federation and are used here descriptively only. This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by the International Coaching Federation.
6. Copyright, licence, and prohibited use
All item content, including scenarios, options, rationales, and answer logic, is original work owned by Boris Prigmore Ventures. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for your own exam practice during the 90-day access period.
You must not copy, share, scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute the content in any form.
7. Watermarking and enforcement
Content is watermarked per user/session and access activity is logged. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in immediate access termination and legal action.
8. No exam-pass guarantee · warranties · liability
The Service is a practice tool. It does not guarantee that you will pass any exam.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Dispute resolution (EU consumers)
EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to bring disputes about products purchased online.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active licence-holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
